1. General Information
Hold Space, LLC ("Hold Space," "we," "our," or "us") provides seasonal pop-up events designed to foster creativity, connection, and community. By purchasing a ticket, registering for, or attending any Hold Space event, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
2. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
Participation in Hold Space events is voluntary and may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or other unforeseen circumstances.
By attending, you acknowledge and agree that you assume all risks associated with participation.
To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the State of Washington, you hereby release, waive, and discharge Hold Space, LLC, its owner, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, partners, and venue hosts from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to your participation in any event, including claims arising from the negligence of Hold Space, LLC or its representatives.
3. Participant Conduct
We are committed to creating a welcoming, respectful, and inclusive environment.
By attending, you agree to:
- Treat others with kindness and respect
- Follow all event instructions and safety guidelines
- Refrain from disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior
Hold Space, LLC reserves the right to remove any participant who violates these expectations without refund.
4. Media Release
By attending a Hold Space event, you grant Hold Space, LLC the irrevocable right and permission to photograph and/or record you during the event.
You agree that these images and recordings may be used for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes, in any format, in perpetuity, without compensation or additional consent.
If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify us in advance at holdspaceevents@gmail.com.
5. Ticket Policy (No Refunds)
All ticket sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or transfers for any reason, including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, illness, or non-attendance, unless otherwise determined at the sole discretion of Hold Space, LLC.
In the rare event that Hold Space, LLC cancels an event, ticket holders will be notified and offered either a refund or credit toward a future event.
6. Event Changes
Hold Space, LLC reserves the right to make adjustments to event details, including but not limited to location, timing, activities, or materials, as needed.
Any changes will be communicated to attendees in a timely manner.
7. Health & Safety
By attending, you agree to take responsibility for your own health and well-being and to refrain from attending if you feel unwell.
8. Minors
Minors are welcome to attend Hold Space events; however, all individuals under the age of eighteen must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times during the event.
The accompanying adult assumes full responsibility for the supervision, safety, and behavior of the minor. Hold Space, LLC does not provide childcare or supervision for minors and is not responsible for the care or oversight of any individual under the age of eighteen.
